On Android, open Rewards and choose Delete account. On iPhone or iPad, open Profile and choose Delete Account. Confirm to delete your account and associated customer records.

You can delete your account in the app. If you no longer have the app, send us a request here.

Without the app
Email us from an address where we can reach you. Include the phone number used for your One Stop Rewards account. We will verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it.
